A House that is an Art Gallery and is under a constant change  because of the contribution of the artists who stay here. All the guests are very welcome to have a part of it to produce any drawing, mosaic, painting, sculpture and so on.

The House

 

Our cozy house is very comfortable and big with 150 m², 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, WI-FI , fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room, a garden with a centenary vine, flowers, plants and 3 varandas facing the Christ, The Redeemer and the city center.

It is colorful and beautifully decorated .

 

The host

 

The host is very knowledgeable about the city  and can provide you helpful tips to experience Rio and Brasil beyond the touristic guides. In addition, she is a native Brazilian who is fluent in English and Spanish and a well-travelled person who lived in countries such as Australia and Israel and visited others like Turkey, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Cambodia, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Japan and  Brazil.

• Smoking only at the varanda

• The guest must not bring visitors in the house

• Drugs are strictly FORBIDDEN ( Marijuana is ILLEGAL in Brasil )

• The booking confirmation implies automatic acceptance of all our policies and conditions. Violations are subject to penalties ranging from fines to end of the reservation.
